This camp is for the kiddo who is always on the go! Whether you're traveling to Florida, France, or Fairmount you need a fun bag for all of your travel essentials! Wouldn't it be amazing if that bag was me-made?! In this camp, our main project will be our very own duffle bags, complete with handles and a removable cross body strap. If time permits, we'll work on other travel essentials like sunglasses pouches, travel notebook covers, lanyards, etc.

*If you'd like to register for this week, but your child has already made this project or would rather choose their own project for the week, please reach out to chat (cutandsew.phl@gmail.com). We might be able to make it work.
All sewing materials will be provided. If students would like to bring their own fabric for the bag's exterior, they may bring 1 yard of a quilting cotton fabric. If they'd prefer to do a full patchwork duffle bag, the patchwork portion should be complete before camp starts. Reach out with any questions!
Students should bring a lunch, personal water bottle, and snack if needed. Weather permitting, we will get outside to the Mt Airy Playground for a lunch and movement break.
Our goal is to make our studio financially accessible to as many people as possible. We do this through our tiered pricing model.
