Cancellation & Refund Policies
We know that things come up and plans change so we've kept that in mind when creating a cancellation and refund policy that is also fair to our instructors and the other students who may be registered for our classes, workshops, camps, etc.
Classes & Workshops:
If you need to cancel registration for a class or workshop more than 7 days before the start of the event, we will offer a 50% refund. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the event, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued. However, if your seat is able to be filled before the start of the event (no matter when your cancellation was made), we can offer you a full refund at that time.
Private Lessons:
Once you and your instructor find a time that works for both of you and the studio, you'll purchase one hour of private lessons to secure your reservation. It is nonrefundable once purchased. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, a purchased reservation may be rescheduled one time only if student contacts us at least 3 hours prior to reservation.
Summer Camps:
If you need to cancel within the first 24 hours after registration, we will refund you 100%. If you need to cancel registration for a summer camp after the first 24 hours, we are happy to offer you a 75% refund for cancellations made at least three weeks before the start of the summer camp. If you need to cancel within three weeks of the start of the event, we will offer a 50% refund. A student withdrawn within five days of the start time of the program, or after the start of the program, will not be issued a full or partial refund or transfer.
In the event that Cut & Sew must cancel a class, workshop, or camp, you will be offered a refund or a rescheduled time.
Retail:
We do not accept returns on items purchased in our shop.
