Imagine how thrilled your child will be with a wardrobe full of "me-made" garments of their own design! In this camp, students will learn to sew their own clothing using a unique, pattern-free, method. We will be using the Sew it Yourself book by Daisy Braid as a base to launch into any clothing design possible. We'll learn how to measure our own bodies to get just the right fit and really understand how garments are constructed. Students will work through the first project as a group, then be free to choose any projects they're interested in for the remainder of camp. Students will (most likely) finish 2 or more clothing items by the end of camp!
