Learn to sew with someone you love! This class is designed for kids aged 4-7 & their grown-ups to work alongside each other and learn how to make a simple project on the sewing machine. We'll start with an overview of the sewing machine itself before getting into making our simple projects together. Each time we meet, we will make a different (maybe seasonal!) project so you can join us every month!
This class is as much for the grown-ups as it is for the kids, so no prior experience with the sewing machine is required. We'll do a quick overview of the machine, talk about safety, and get some practice stitching in the beginning of each class.
Each registration covers two seats: one kid (age 4-7) & one grown-up. For best results, we'd like to stick to a 1:1 kid/grown up ratio. If you (one adult) would like to bring two kids, please reach out ahead of time to see if this is a possibility (hello@cutandsewphl.com).
Materials and equipment are included in your registration, so you don't need to bring anything at all!
