In this camp, we'll learn the very basics of sewing by hand! To introduce basic sewing concepts & movements, we'll start with materials like plastic mesh, yarn, felt, & embroidery floss to lay a foundation of helpful skills--and to complete cute projects that build confidence! Campers will be able to add some DIY personalization to clothes, bags, etc. and will try their hand at stitching stuffies!
This camp is for our 5-7 year old friends and we'll keep the ratio small so that each student gets ample instruction, attention, and encouragement. All are welcome in this space and are encouraged to be their truest selves.

- Any Allergies we need to be aware of
All equipment & sewing materials will be provided.
Students should bring a snack and a personal water bottle. Weather permitting, we will get outside to the Mt Airy Playground for a lunch and movement break.
Our goal is to make our studio financially accessible to as many people as possible. We do this through our tiered pricing model.
