Meet the new version of our Beginning Sewing class that's streamlined for your convenience! If you've already taken our Introduction to the Sewing Machine Class and you're short on time (or our original Beginning Sewing class is sold out this month)--this is the next best thing! In this beginner level class you will be guided through a streamlined version of our tote bag pattern from beginning to end, all in one day. This is a great chance for you to lock in those sewing skills quickly and walk away with a fantastic--and useful--tote bag made by YOU!
This class meets for 3 hours one time. All materials will be prepped and ready for you to sew when your arrive! (No need to bring anything.) This means there will be a limited selection of prepared fabrics for you to choose from - decision paralysis be gone!
If you are interested in a more detailed version of this project, check out our original Beginning Sewing class. In the full version of this class, you shop for your materials before you come to class (materials not included), learn in-depth about project prep and construction, and make your own straps and pocket(s) for your bag.
