You've become comfortable on the sewing machine and you have a few simple projects under your belt (like the tote bag and maybe a zipper pouch) by now ... what's next?! Enter the DUFFLE BAG WORKSHOP! We've found a simple pattern that we absolutely love and can't wait to walk you through it. You'll do some quilting, add some pockets, install a zipper, and learn to make the boxy cube shape that makes the perfect duffle bag.
The finished size is great for a weekender bag, to throw in a change of clothes when you head to the gym, OR for a kid (hence the amazing pirate fabric in the photo). It's so easy to stitch up you might just want to make one for everyone you know!
Skill Level: Experienced Beginner
You should be able to independently thread the machine, load a bobbin, and adjust the settings on the machine. Ideally, you'll already have taken our Introduction to the Sewing Machine Class AND Beginning Sewing (or have the equivalent skills already).
If this workshop is sold out, email us at hello@cutandsewphl.com to get on the wait list.
