You've seen the quilt kits in the shop, now let's make one together! We'll be using these adorable kits from With Love by Kristie to make our own mini wholecloth quilt in just a few hours. Using a wholecloth quilt top is a great way to learn about the process of putting your quilt sandwich together and doing some machine quilting and finishing. You'll get that beautiful pieced patchwork look without the hassle of actually cutting and sewing all the pieces together! And you'll leave with a finished project to bring some cozy whimsy to your home.
Each registration includes everything: a quilt kit (choose your colorway when you sign up--quantities limited!), all materials & equipment required, and three hours of expert instruction and encouragement. This class is perfect for sewists of all experience levels*, whether you're new to quilting or just want to spend a fun afternoon practicing your creativity!
*Students should be able to independently thread the sewing machine. If you need to start with these skills, please first take (at least) our Introduction to the Sewing Machine Class --better yet, take Beginning Sewing as well!. Then come back for this class!
